Terms & Conditions – Supreme Pressure Wash CT

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Supreme Pressure Wash CT.

By requesting, receiving, or accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to be performed on your property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined on this page. These terms apply to all residential and commercial services unless otherwise stated in writing.

We’ll always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your expectations, but it’s important to have things written down so that we both know what’s what, who should do what, when, and what will happen if something goes wrong. In this contract, you won’t find any complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text. We have no desire to trick you into signing something that you might later regret. What we do want is what’s best for both parties, now and in the future.

Supreme Pressure Wash CT (hereby referred to as “we”) will furnish all labor and equipment to perform the services. The Customer (hereby referred to as “you”) will provide access to the water and (if needed) electricity to complete the stated project without compensation. It is your responsibility to provide access to the premises needed to perform services and to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. While we are on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals, away from the work area. This is for your safety as well as our own. Also, please make sure all cars are in the garage or parked on the street away from the house. We recommend putting your cars in the garage; we are NOT responsible if wind blows our cleaning solution on your car.

Removal and replacement of deck, porch, and pool area contents such as grills, furniture, planters, flags, lights, and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from the deck, porch, or pool area, we will NOT be responsible for any damage, breakage, or storage issues. An additional charge will be applied for the time and labor devoted to the removal of these items. If bushes, trees, or flowers are very close to your house, we will wash around them. Window sills may have dirt, leaves, and any other debris after we finish washing. We recommend having your window screens removed.

We are not responsible for any damages from water intrusion due to windows left open, cracked or broken, faulty seals, bad caulking/seals, improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, wood rot, improperly secured wires, outlets, or any other electrical equipment, broken or cracked windows, loose or improperly installed gutters, and any other previously damaged or deteriorating materials. We are not responsible for any damages. It is REQUIRED that your property be in good repair and weather-tight condition. This includes, but is not limited to, all electrical services, including receptacles, electric meters, and light fixtures.

DO NOT, DO NOT PLUG IN ANYTHING INTO THE OUTLETS AFTER WE ARE DONE WASHING. We recommend waiting for a reasonable period following our service, until all treated areas are fully dry and rinsed. In cleaning solar panels and windows, we are not responsible if connectors and wires are not attached securely, or for any burn marks, cracks, signs of corrosion, oxidation, scratches, or any other defects or damages. We do NOT remove paint, silicone, glue, any kind of stains, and a few other debris from windows and solar panels. Doors and windows shall also be weather-tight. We are not responsible for any well drainage, pump damages, or spigot damages.

Landscaping Damage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any damage to landscaping, vegetation, including but not limited to flowers, grass, shrubs, or trees, that may occur during the cleaning process. However, we take extra measures to protect your vegetation by pre-wetting everything before we begin work and rinsing all areas in the middle of the job and at the end. We have found that this method works best, as it allows water to naturally soak into the ground rather than relying solely on covering the plants.

Pet Safety Recommendation

For the safety of your pets, we strongly recommend that all animals be kept indoors during the cleaning process. There may be excess cleaning solution, water puddles, or other substances that could pose a risk if ingested or licked by your pets. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure that pets are kept away from the work area for a reasonable period following our service, until all treated areas are fully dry and rinsed.

Complimentary End-of-Season Rinse — Terms & Conditions (Details below)

The complimentary end-of-season rinse is a courtesy service provided at our discretion and is not a contractual obligation or a substitute for paid cleaning services. It does not affect the price or scope of the original house wash service.

Every full House Wash performed by Supreme Pressure Wash CT includes a complimentary end-of-season rinse. To ensure clarity, fairness, and proper scheduling, the following terms and restrictions apply:

1. Scheduling Window

 • Rinses are performed between September 1st and November 15th.

 • All rinse appointments are weather permitting.

 • Customers are solely responsible for requesting their complimentary rinse during this time period. Supreme Pressure Wash CT does NOT contact customers to initiate or remind them about scheduling.

 • We will do our best to accommodate preferred dates, but exact appointment times cannot be guaranteed due to weather, route planning, and workload.

2. Limited Availability (First Come, First Served)

 • Complimentary rinses are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

 • Availability is limited each season due to daylight hours, weather conditions, and scheduling capacity.

 • Once the schedule is full or weather conditions no longer allow exterior work, no additional rinse appointments can be added for that season.

 • Customers who request late in the season may not receive an appointment.

3. Customer Responsibility to Request

 • Customers must actively request their complimentary rinse within the scheduling window.

 • Failure to request in time will result in forfeiting the rinse for that season.

 • Supreme Pressure Wash CT is not obligated to perform the rinse if the customer does not reach out before availability is filled.

4. What the Complimentary Rinse Includes

 • A water-only rinse of the home’s exterior.

 • Removes light dust, pollen, and loose debris.

 • No detergents, soaps, or chemicals are used.

 • Intended as a light maintenance touch-up — not a full exterior cleaning service.

5. What the Complimentary Rinse Does NOT Include

This complimentary rinse does not remove:

 • Mold, algae, mildew, or any organic growth

 • Heavy dirt or stains

 • Oxidation or UV damage

 • Rust or gutter streaking (tiger striping)

 • Grease, oil, sap, paint, or adhesives

 • Anything requiring detergents, chemicals, or soft-wash solutions

If these issues are present and the customer wishes for them to be treated, an additional cleaning charge will apply. A discounted rate may be offered depending on the area and condition.

6. Eligibility

 • Complimentary rinses apply only to customers who received a full House Wash from Supreme Pressure Wash CT within the same calendar year.

 • One complimentary rinse per property, per season.

 • Not transferable to other properties, rental units, or new homeowners.

 • Complimentary rinses do NOT carry over to the following year under any circumstances.

        • If the rinse cannot be performed due to customer delay, weather, or scheduling limitations, the rinse is forfeited for that season.

The complimentary rinse has no cash value and may not be substituted, credited, or refunded.

7. Weather, Conditions & Limitations

 • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled due to:

 • Rain / storms

 • High winds

 • Freezing temperatures

 • Unsafe working conditions

 • Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

 • Some dirt will not come off with water alone – this is normal and expected.

8. Property Access

 • Customer must ensure the property is accessible on the scheduled day (gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles moved, etc.).

 • If the property is inaccessible, the complimentary rinse may be forfeited. The complimentary end-of-season rinse does not extend, renew, or modify any warranty, guarantee, or service agreement.

The properties and species of wood, vinyl, brick, and aluminum age and weather can greatly affect the resulting color or tone of the stain or paint. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Some paint companies, such as SHERWIN-WILLIAMS and BEHR, use an organic pigment that tends to fail with our cleaning solution or detergents. We can only wash these surfaces with water; it is your responsibility to let us know if such paint has been used on any surface. By accepting service, the customer acknowledges that exterior surfaces may have pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration that may become visible after cleaning.

While we can often give you an idea of the overall color and tones as best as possible, you must expect some variance in the overall finish. Cleaning siding can cause the weather-faded aspects to stand out. We are not responsible for such conditions. House washing service is NOT the same as oxidation removal service. Some stains cannot be removed by power washing (gutter black streaks and rust stains). Tree sap, ivy vines, roof tar, artillery fungus (black dots), splatters from stains and paints are some (but not all) examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. (These items may be removable at an additional charge; please call us for more details.)

In most cases with roof cleaning, you will see instant results; however, in some cases, it can take several months for noticeable results. The client understands that the roof will show results of a cleaning, but in some instances, it may take more time to completely remove the dead growths. This happens due to many factors such as the age of the roof, type of shingle, location, and the amount of buildup. It is understood that there is potential for some light brown areas that remain after treatment. These light brown areas are dead algae, which, prior to treatment, were black streaks. If this occurs, the client understands it will take some time for the remaining dead algae to come off with the assistance of natural elements such as sun exposure and rain. Depending on the severity of the algae or moss on your roof, a second treatment might be needed (at an additional cost).

The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same, even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab. We make every attempt to point these areas out to you when quoting the project.

Your exterior windows will be rinsed with detergent and water as part of our cleaning process. Windows may become water-spotted as a result of our services. House or building washing is NOT an adequate substitute for window cleaning service. Window cleaning service is NOT included. We will NOT remove bird, wasp nests, or any kind of nests. If there is a koi pond or any pond with live fish in it, it is your responsibility to cover the pond or remove the fish from the pond.

9. Snow Removal Services

1. Automatic Snow Removal Trigger

Snow removal services are automatically activated once approximately 2 inches of snow have accumulated in the property’s immediate service area.

Customers enrolled in automatic snow removal services do not need to contact Supreme Pressure Wash CT LLC to request service.

For snowfall accumulations of 2–8 inches, clearing operations will generally begin once snowfall has ended, following our established geographic service routes.

During heavier snowstorms, crews may begin clearing while snowfall is still ongoing to prevent excessive accumulation and maintain property accessibility.

Supreme Pressure Wash CT LLC maintains a standard 2-inch minimum snowfall activation policy for all customers. Individual requests for customized snowfall triggers, including 3-inch or 4-inch minimums, cannot be accommodated.

The 2-inch threshold initiates our dispatch process and does not guarantee immediate arrival. Crews are dispatched according to established geographic routes, weather conditions, and operational availability.

2. Snowfall-Based Flat-Rate Pricing & Multiple Clearing Visits

Snow removal services are billed according to the customer’s predetermined base rate established in the approved estimate and the total snowfall accumulation associated with each qualifying storm.

The following pricing structure applies:

Standard Snowfall — 2–8 Inches

The customer’s standard quoted base rate applies for total storm accumulations between 2 and 8 inches, inclusive.

Heavy Snowfall — Over 8–12 Inches

A heavy-snowfall rate of two times (2×) the customer’s standard quoted base rate applies when total storm accumulation exceeds 8 inches but does not exceed 12 inches.

Up to two clearing visits may be necessary depending on weather conditions, accumulation, and operational requirements.

The double rate applies regardless of whether the snow can be cleared in one or multiple visits.

Major Snowfall — Over 12 Inches

A major-snowfall rate of three times (3×) the customer’s standard quoted base rate applies when total storm accumulation exceeds 12 inches.

Up to three clearing visits may be necessary depending on storm severity and property conditions.

The triple rate applies regardless of whether the snow can be cleared in fewer visits.

Storm Accumulation & Billing

Snowfall accumulation is determined based on the total snowfall associated with the storm in the property’s service area, using available local weather reports and observed conditions.

Pricing is based on total storm accumulation, not the number of clearing visits performed.

Supreme Pressure Wash CT LLC reserves the right to determine when multiple clearing visits are reasonably necessary to maintain accessibility, prevent excessive accumulation, and ensure safe equipment operation.

Multiple clearing visits performed during the same storm are included in the applicable snowfall-based rate. They are not separately charged in addition to the applicable 2× or 3× storm rate.

Separate qualifying snowstorms are billed as separate service events.

3. Service Response Time & Scheduling

Supreme Pressure Wash CT LLC aims to complete scheduled snow removal services within 24 hours following the conclusion of a qualifying snowstorm.

The 24-hour service window begins when measurable snowfall associated with the storm has ended in the property’s service area.

Crews may begin clearing properties while snowfall is ongoing, particularly during significant winter weather events.

Service routes are organized geographically to maximize efficiency and provide timely service to all scheduled customers.

Specific arrival times cannot be guaranteed.

Response times may be extended when severe weather, hazardous road conditions, emergency restrictions, equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond the contractor’s reasonable control prevent safe operations.

4. Property Preparation & Accessibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that designated snow removal areas are reasonably accessible before service.

All vehicles, trash containers, extension cords, toys, decorations, and movable obstacles must be removed from the areas scheduled for clearing.

Customers are strongly encouraged to install reflective driveway markers identifying:

  • Driveway boundaries and lawn edges.
  • Curbs and raised surfaces.
  • Walkway boundaries.
  • Landscaping and other sensitive features.

Supreme Pressure Wash CT LLC reserves the right to postpone or omit clearing obstructed areas when equipment operation could create an unreasonable risk of injury or property damage.

The contractor is not required to move vehicles or personal property.

5. Equipment Use & Property Damage

Supreme Pressure Wash CT LLC utilizes professional-grade snow removal equipment and takes reasonable precautions to minimize damage to driveways, walkways, landscaping, and surrounding property.

Snow removal equipment may include protective skid plates and other surface-protection components.

Despite reasonable precautions, snow removal operations involve inherent risks, particularly when surfaces, obstacles, or landscaping boundaries are concealed by snow or ice.

The contractor is not responsible for damage caused solely by pre-existing structural defects, deteriorated pavement, or hidden obstacles that could not reasonably be identified or avoided.

Customers are responsible for identifying and marking known hazards before service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be waived, including liability arising from the contractor’s negligence where applicable.

6. Ice Melt Treatment & Limitations

Ice melt treatment is included only in the Premium Package and applies to the designated areas specified in the approved estimate(walkways-front steps).

Products will be selected and applied according to surface conditions, temperature, and manufacturer recommendations.

Although the contractor may use products marketed as pet-conscious or suitable for residential environments, no ice-melting product is guaranteed to be completely harmless to pets, children, vegetation, or all surface materials.

Customers should exercise appropriate caution following treatment.

Ice melt application does not guarantee completely ice-free surfaces or prevent subsequent refreezing.

Additional treatment for new freezing rain, refreezing, or separate weather events is not included unless expressly stated in the approved estimate.

7. Severe Weather & Operational Safety

Supreme Pressure Wash CT LLC reserves the right to temporarily delay or suspend operations when conditions present unreasonable safety risks.

Such conditions may include:

  • Blizzard conditions or severely reduced visibility.
  • Dangerous road conditions.
  • Freezing rain or significant ice accumulation.
  • Government travel restrictions.
  • Equipment failures or other operational emergencies.

Services will resume as soon as reasonably safe and operationally feasible.

8. Service Limitations & Exclusions

Unless specifically included in the approved estimate, snow removal services do not include:

  • Clearing roofs, decks, patios, or additional walkways.
  • Removing ice dams or roof ice.
  • Removing compacted ice requiring specialized equipment.
  • Relocating large snowbanks or hauling snow off-site.
  • Moving vehicles, personal belongings, or other obstructions.

Snow deposited by municipal plows after completion of a scheduled storm service is not automatically included in the original service. Any requested additional clearing will be quoted or billed separately with the customer’s authorization.

9. Customer Acknowledgment & Service Authorization

By accepting the approved estimate and these Terms & Conditions, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Snow removal services are automatically initiated at approximately 2 inches of accumulation.
  • Individual customized snowfall activation thresholds are not offered.
  • Services are performed according to established routes and operational conditions.
  • The standard service completion target is within 24 hours following the end of a qualifying storm, subject to the limitations described above.
  • Pricing is based on the total snowfall accumulation for each qualifying storm.
  • Accumulations of 2–8 inches are billed at the standard quoted base rate.
  • Accumulations exceeding 8 inches and up to 12 inches are billed at twice the base rate.
  • Accumulations exceeding 12 inches are billed at three times the base rate.
  • Multiple clearing visits may be necessary during major storms and are included in the applicable storm rate.
  • The applicable snowfall-based rate remains the same regardless of whether clearing requires one or multiple visits.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining reasonable access to designated service areas.
  • Services are subject to weather conditions, operational safety requirements, and the exclusions outlined in these terms.

Acceptance of the estimate constitutes authorization for automatic snow removal services and the corresponding snowfall-based pricing described above.

Our equipment (truck, machine, etc.) is well maintained and up to date. We are NOT responsible for any oil or gas leakage on the customer’s driveway or grass. We are NOT responsible for damage to any cars, RVs, motorcycles, boats, or anything else inside our work zone. Please have all vehicles out of the driveway or inside the garage. We are NOT responsible for any damages.

This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, where the water is off, windows are left open, or anything that prevents us from starting or completing the job.

The rate proposed in this agreement is valid for the next 20 days. PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE AND ARE TO BE PAID BY CHECK, CASH, OR ZELLE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
