Terms & Conditions – Supreme Pressure Wash CT
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Supreme Pressure Wash CT.
By requesting, receiving, or accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to be performed on your property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions outlined on this page. These terms apply to all residential and commercial services unless otherwise stated in writing.
We’ll always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your expectations, but it’s important to have things written down so that we both know what’s what, who should do what, when, and what will happen if something goes wrong. In this contract, you won’t find any complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text. We have no desire to trick you into signing something that you might later regret. What we do want is what’s best for both parties, now and in the future.
Supreme Pressure Wash CT (hereby referred to as “we”) will furnish all labor and equipment to perform the services. The Customer (hereby referred to as “you”) will provide access to the water and (if needed) electricity to complete the stated project without compensation. It is your responsibility to provide access to the premises needed to perform services and to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. While we are on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals, away from the work area. This is for your safety as well as our own. Also, please make sure all cars are in the garage or parked on the street away from the house. We recommend putting your cars in the garage; we are NOT responsible if wind blows our cleaning solution on your car.
Removal and replacement of deck, porch, and pool area contents such as grills, furniture, planters, flags, lights, and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from the deck, porch, or pool area, we will NOT be responsible for any damage, breakage, or storage issues. An additional charge will be applied for the time and labor devoted to the removal of these items. If bushes, trees, or flowers are very close to your house, we will wash around them. Window sills may have dirt, leaves, and any other debris after we finish washing. We recommend having your window screens removed.
We are not responsible for any damages from water intrusion due to windows left open, cracked or broken, faulty seals, bad caulking/seals, improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, wood rot, improperly secured wires, outlets, or any other electrical equipment, broken or cracked windows, loose or improperly installed gutters, and any other previously damaged or deteriorating materials. We are not responsible for any damages. It is REQUIRED that your property be in good repair and weather-tight condition. This includes, but is not limited to, all electrical services, including receptacles, electric meters, and light fixtures.
DO NOT, DO NOT PLUG IN ANYTHING INTO THE OUTLETS AFTER WE ARE DONE WASHING. We recommend waiting for a reasonable period following our service, until all treated areas are fully dry and rinsed. In cleaning solar panels and windows, we are not responsible if connectors and wires are not attached securely, or for any burn marks, cracks, signs of corrosion, oxidation, scratches, or any other defects or damages. We do NOT remove paint, silicone, glue, any kind of stains, and a few other debris from windows and solar panels. Doors and windows shall also be weather-tight. We are not responsible for any well drainage, pump damages, or spigot damages.
Landscaping Damage Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any damage to landscaping, vegetation, including but not limited to flowers, grass, shrubs, or trees, that may occur during the cleaning process. However, we take extra measures to protect your vegetation by pre-wetting everything before we begin work and rinsing all areas in the middle of the job and at the end. We have found that this method works best, as it allows water to naturally soak into the ground rather than relying solely on covering the plants.
Pet Safety Recommendation
For the safety of your pets, we strongly recommend that all animals be kept indoors during the cleaning process. There may be excess cleaning solution, water puddles, or other substances that could pose a risk if ingested or licked by your pets. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure that pets are kept away from the work area for a reasonable period following our service, until all treated areas are fully dry and rinsed.
Complimentary End-of-Season Rinse — Terms & Conditions (Details below)
The complimentary end-of-season rinse is a courtesy service provided at our discretion and is not a contractual obligation or a substitute for paid cleaning services. It does not affect the price or scope of the original house wash service.
Every full House Wash performed by Supreme Pressure Wash CT includes a complimentary end-of-season rinse. To ensure clarity, fairness, and proper scheduling, the following terms and restrictions apply:
1. Scheduling Window
• Rinses are performed between September 1st and November 15th.
• All rinse appointments are weather permitting.
• Customers are solely responsible for requesting their complimentary rinse during this time period. Supreme Pressure Wash CT does NOT contact customers to initiate or remind them about scheduling.
• We will do our best to accommodate preferred dates, but exact appointment times cannot be guaranteed due to weather, route planning, and workload.
2. Limited Availability (First Come, First Served)
• Complimentary rinses are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Availability is limited each season due to daylight hours, weather conditions, and scheduling capacity.
• Once the schedule is full or weather conditions no longer allow exterior work, no additional rinse appointments can be added for that season.
• Customers who request late in the season may not receive an appointment.
3. Customer Responsibility to Request
• Customers must actively request their complimentary rinse within the scheduling window.
• Failure to request in time will result in forfeiting the rinse for that season.
• Supreme Pressure Wash CT is not obligated to perform the rinse if the customer does not reach out before availability is filled.
4. What the Complimentary Rinse Includes
• A water-only rinse of the home’s exterior.
• Removes light dust, pollen, and loose debris.
• No detergents, soaps, or chemicals are used.
• Intended as a light maintenance touch-up — not a full exterior cleaning service.
5. What the Complimentary Rinse Does NOT Include
This complimentary rinse does not remove:
• Mold, algae, mildew, or any organic growth
• Heavy dirt or stains
• Oxidation or UV damage
• Rust or gutter streaking (tiger striping)
• Grease, oil, sap, paint, or adhesives
• Anything requiring detergents, chemicals, or soft-wash solutions
If these issues are present and the customer wishes for them to be treated, an additional cleaning charge will apply. A discounted rate may be offered depending on the area and condition.
6. Eligibility
• Complimentary rinses apply only to customers who received a full House Wash from Supreme Pressure Wash CT within the same calendar year.
• One complimentary rinse per property, per season.
• Not transferable to other properties, rental units, or new homeowners.
• Complimentary rinses do NOT carry over to the following year under any circumstances.
• If the rinse cannot be performed due to customer delay, weather, or scheduling limitations, the rinse is forfeited for that season.
The complimentary rinse has no cash value and may not be substituted, credited, or refunded.
7. Weather, Conditions & Limitations
• Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled due to:
• Rain / storms
• High winds
• Freezing temperatures
• Unsafe working conditions
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
• Some dirt will not come off with water alone – this is normal and expected.
8. Property Access
• Customer must ensure the property is accessible on the scheduled day (gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles moved, etc.).
• If the property is inaccessible, the complimentary rinse may be forfeited. The complimentary end-of-season rinse does not extend, renew, or modify any warranty, guarantee, or service agreement.
The properties and species of wood, vinyl, brick, and aluminum age and weather can greatly affect the resulting color or tone of the stain or paint. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Some paint companies, such as SHERWIN-WILLIAMS and BEHR, use an organic pigment that tends to fail with our cleaning solution or detergents. We can only wash these surfaces with water; it is your responsibility to let us know if such paint has been used on any surface. By accepting service, the customer acknowledges that exterior surfaces may have pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration that may become visible after cleaning.
While we can often give you an idea of the overall color and tones as best as possible, you must expect some variance in the overall finish. Cleaning siding can cause the weather-faded aspects to stand out. We are not responsible for such conditions. House washing service is NOT the same as oxidation removal service. Some stains cannot be removed by power washing (gutter black streaks and rust stains). Tree sap, ivy vines, roof tar, artillery fungus (black dots), splatters from stains and paints are some (but not all) examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. (These items may be removable at an additional charge; please call us for more details.)
In most cases with roof cleaning, you will see instant results; however, in some cases, it can take several months for noticeable results. The client understands that the roof will show results of a cleaning, but in some instances, it may take more time to completely remove the dead growths. This happens due to many factors such as the age of the roof, type of shingle, location, and the amount of buildup. It is understood that there is potential for some light brown areas that remain after treatment. These light brown areas are dead algae, which, prior to treatment, were black streaks. If this occurs, the client understands it will take some time for the remaining dead algae to come off with the assistance of natural elements such as sun exposure and rain. Depending on the severity of the algae or moss on your roof, a second treatment might be needed (at an additional cost).
The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same, even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab. We make every attempt to point these areas out to you when quoting the project.
Your exterior windows will be rinsed with detergent and water as part of our cleaning process. Windows may become water-spotted as a result of our services. House or building washing is NOT an adequate substitute for window cleaning service. Window cleaning service is NOT included. We will NOT remove bird, wasp nests, or any kind of nests. If there is a koi pond or any pond with live fish in it, it is your responsibility to cover the pond or remove the fish from the pond.
Our equipment (truck, machine, etc.) is well maintained and up to date. We are NOT responsible for any oil or gas leakage on the customer’s driveway or grass. We are NOT responsible for damage to any cars, RVs, motorcycles, boats, or anything else inside our work zone. Please have all vehicles out of the driveway or inside the garage. We are NOT responsible for any damages.
Before and after pictures or videos may be used for advertising. We propose the services listed above at the stated price. Scheduling in a business that relies on weather can be difficult. Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum; however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes.
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 1/3 of the service rate. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, where the water is off, windows are left open, or anything that prevents us from starting or completing the job.
The rate proposed in this agreement is valid for the next 20 days. PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE AND ARE TO BE PAID BY CHECK, CASH, OR ZELLE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS WILL INCUR A CONVENIENCE FEE OF 5%. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon and in writing in our contract. Late charges will be immediately assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms. The customer agrees to pay any collection costs incurred by Supreme Pressure Wash CT LLC related to the collection process of outstanding balances. The service agreement, including prices, specifications, and conditions, is hereby accepted. By signing this Agreement, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the entire contents of this proposal.
